Job Title: Digital Marketing Assistant, Paid and Email

Pay: 45 - 50k annual salary, depending on experience

Location: This is a completely remote work-from-home position

Requirements to work from home:

  • Internet requirements: A DSL, cable, home fiber or radio connection is required with 25 Mbps of shared upload/download bandwidth. Satellite internet and cellular ‘hotspots’ are not supported.
  • Dedicated space to work from home.

Job Summary: The Marketing Assistant will support Santanna’s Digital Marketing Team. The individual will work cross functionally and collaboratively to meet the company’s established growth marketing goals. The person will leverage their marketing skills across diverse and varied efforts, namely across paid, email, and digital marketing efforts. Experience across all marketing areas is not required. Our ideal candidate is passionate about all things marketing, excited and ready to learn about digital marketing. Training will be provided. The person in this position will report to the Director of Growth Marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists the organization in its growth efforts by supporting its various marketing channels (namely paid and email), campaigns, and efforts.
  • Execution of email campaigns to increase customer retention and new customer enrollments.
  • Execution of paid/performance marketing campaigns to increase customer enrollments.
  • Under the leadership of the Director of Growth Marketing, implements and executes traditional and online/digital marketing campaigns.
  • Supports all aspects of SES’s digital marketing efforts.
  • Works across functionally with both internal and external teams to meet the company’s established growth marketing goals.
  • Supports the execution, creation of, and daily management of Santanna’s various marketing efforts.
  • With the guidance of the Director of Growth marketing, often serves as internal project manager for larger marketing initiatives.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding eye for detail.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Experience with executing on email marketing campaigns and using email builders.
  • Experience with running ads and execution of digital paid/performance campaigns.
  • Works well in a team environment and has strong independent project management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced enrollment.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines, staying on track, and/or moving projects forward to completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Experience implementing and executing on digital marketing campaigns, efforts, programs, and more.
  • Experience working with various key stakeholders working to accomplish one unified objective and/or goal.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/or email builders is a plus.
  • Functional knowledge of WordPress is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Working Experience (1-2 years as a marketing assistant).
