responsibilities and duties
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with our larger clients
  • Plan budgets and activities for account management in the company
  • Set up goals and objectives for all subordinate staff
  • Provide feedback and counsel to account staff to meet quotas/objectives
  • Conduct performance evaluation using key metrics
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers in your portfolio
  • Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business
  • Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients
  • Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust
  • Read reports of subordinates and communicate overall quarterly/annual progress to senior management and external stakeholders
  • You will be responsible for the follow up with clients and the assigned teams to make sure the projects are on track. Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients, go to meetings together with the GM.
  • Generate sales among existing client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling
  • In collaboration with the team, work out strategies for new leads or prospects.
  • Based on the strategies, create engaging proposals for new prospects.
  • Follow through with our sales cycle, follow up on pending leads.
  • Plan and follow up projects with the team.
Your profile:
  • Thai National - Bilingual or foreigner under our BOI smart visual ( Thai - Eng)
  • You are full of ambition and want to contribute to for success
  • Able to work in an international team
  • Possess at least 1 year of work experience
  • A degree in of the following fields is a plus (Business, marketing, communication, sales, project management)
  • You really want to know everything about digital marketing & Sales
  • You are sharp, analytical and creative at the same time and able to work out your creativity in result-oriented ideas
  • You are fresh, flexible and customer-oriented.
  • Proven experience as an account director or similar position
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and/or relevant software (e.g. Huspot)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
You are not expected to know everything about digital marketing and advertising & Sales platforms. What is important is your curiosity and motivation to learn and work in this field. So less experienced individuals will be considered if they can Learn & work Fast.
