Consultative Approach for Large-Scale Projects: As a Digital Transformation Manager at Solita, you will employ a consultative approach specifically tailored to address the unique challenges and opportunities presented by very large-scale projects. You will navigate complex and extensive initiatives, leveraging your expertise to simplify intricate problems and guide clients toward effective digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data-Driven Strategy: Collaborate closely with clients to craft and fine-tune data-centric digital strategies that are tailored to their unique business goals and market dynamics.
- Data Analytics Overview: understanding the processes and structures behind analytics to extract the relevant information for decision making.
- Transformation Roadmaps: Create comprehensive roadmaps for data-driven digital transformation initiatives, outlining key milestones, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Change Leadership: Be the driving force behind change within client organizations, ensuring the successful integration of data-driven digital solutions among employees and stakeholders.
- Architectural Expertise: Assess existing data and technology stack and new innovative data-driven solutions from an architectural point of view. Supported by our vast subject matter experts with the latest knowledge of the available technologies.
- Data Governance: Establish and oversee robust data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

- Customer Relationship Building: Working in close collaboration with our Account Managers, you will play a pivotal role in building strong, enduring relationships with new customers, ensuring their digital transformation needs are met and exceeded.
- Managing demanding Customers: Your exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you manage and provide solutions for challenging customer situations, turning potential roadblocks into opportunities for success.
- Tailored Solutions: Employing your consulting skills, you will customize digital transformation strategies that address each client's unique pain points, ensuring their business goals are met with precision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Proven track record (10+ years) in leading data-driven digital transformation initiatives within complex organizations.
- Project experience with data-related technologies, encompassing AI, IoT, cloud computing, and data analytics.
- Exceptional project management skills with a keen sense of organization.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A strategic thinker on architectural level with the power to catalyze data-driven change within organizations.
- Proficiency in both English and Dutch/French is required.
