Position: Salesperson
Location: Remote
Language Requirement: Fluent English (B2)
Experience: 1-2 Years
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily English sales negotiations (no "cold calls").
- Manage our sales database using CRM systems like AmoCRM and Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to Alruba Beauty's growth.
- Daily reporting, ensuring transparency and efficiency in our sales activities.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Ambitious, goal-oriented, open-minded, and responsible mindset.
- Strong oral and written English communication skills.
- Ability to engage in daily negotiations and nurture client relationships.
- Consistent daily CRM usage of at least 6 hours (a key performance benchmark).
