About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated SaaS operations manager to assist in the execution, management, and coordination of our external platform projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues with SaaS platforms, optimizing workflows, developing solutions, and ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner and are completed according to requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly understand our SaaS platforms, how they work, how they are configured, and how they integrate with each other.
- Assist in the management of user access, permissions, and configurations for SaaS platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SaaS platforms and escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with vendor support to report and resolve technical issues and ensure timely updates.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal availability and reliability.
- Work with the Head of External Platforms to plan, coordinate, and manage platform projects from start to finish.
- Monitor project progress and track milestones, identifying potential risks, proposing solutions, and providing updates to stakeholders.
- Support testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure platform functionality meets project requirements.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new software applications to meet business needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends related to SaaS administration.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience managing external SaaS platforms
- 1+ years of experience in project management
- Adept at troubleshooting and debugging technical issues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Must be proficient with spoken and written English
- Must have exceptional communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work mostly during EST business hours
- Availability outside regular business hours for critical issues
