What you’ll do:
As Field Service Engineer (FSE) you will be working in Sweden in various data center projects. You will focus to provide first class service for the Eaton installed base products and ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty. The majority of products and installed base in Sweden consists of UPS´s and the primary function of the role is to perform UPS commissioning, service/repairs and periodic maintenance. You will be working on Eaton UPS´s including the scoop from small 1-phase UPS to large data center UPS´s up to 1200kVA. Further tasks:
- Responsible for performing commissioning, service, repair and preventive maintenance on Eaton´s Installed Base/products.
- Cooperate with Project Managers, while support own colleagues in Service department and sales with technical knowledge.
- Offer support for high profile clients, providing technical advice and attending site visits as required.
- Follow up customer agreements and customer satisfaction through planning, execution, documentation and invoicing of service tasks.
- Insure update of customer information, technical documentation and input to correct invoicing of customers.
- Taking over the service request realization (timing, effectiveness) and service sales budget realization.
- Proactively be involved in scheduling/planning of works.
- Maintain direct links with business units (HPO) in technical issues.
- Secure time reporting and technical reports are done in connection to each individual work.
- Attending all mandatory trainings provided in accordance with Eaton policy.
- Working and acting in line with Eaton´s Environment, Health & Safety culture, guidelines & processes.
Qualifications:
- Installer electrical background and suitable electrical education.
- Relevant working experience in the field (service electrician, industrial electrician, service technician focused on 1-phase/3-phase systems, battery backup, emergency supply, etc)
- Flexibility with travelling (company car provided).
- Three phase electrical installation or maintenance experience essential.
- Good understanding of switch panels and power distribution.
- Strong English and Swedish language skills.
- Customer Focus, proactive and flexible personality.
- Be able to work together with different cultures.
- Able to follow instructions.
