Job Description:

In this role, you will provide hands-on support to our customers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of Ottopia's products with their software and hardware.

Job Qualifications:


" Bachelors degree - a must, BS.c/BA in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is a plus.
" 3+ years of experience in customer support and/or implementation roles.
" Proven customer-service mindset: demonstrated ability to listen to customers, understand their needs, and respond to ensure customer satisfaction.
" Solid understanding of networking concepts.
" Experience with Linux-based network devices and interfaces.
" Hands-on experience in deploying and integrating hardware and software systems.
" Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
" Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
" Experience with troubleshooting and modifying low-voltage electronic components is a plus.
" Familiarity with vehicle communication systems and protocols (e.g., CAN/CANopen) is a plus.
" Willingness to travel internationally for on-site deployments and customer support.
