We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, and be able to multitask while maintaining a professional demeanor. Duties:- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual- Schedule appointments for patients- Verify patient insurance information- Collect co-payments and balances owed at the time of service- Maintain patient records in an organized and confidential manner Requirements:- Experience working in a medical office or emergency room setting is preferred- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Benefits:- Competitive salary based on experience- Health insurance- Dental insurance- Vision insurance- Retirement plan If you meet the requirements for this position and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume for consideration.
