Responsibilities

1. Build a creative quality methodology, through the construction of an evaluation system that integrates delivery data, video understanding, and crowd portraits, so that creativity can be quantified, understood, and analyzed Advertisers' demands for advertising creativity, collecting typical demand scenarios, designing product strategies, digging deep into industry marketing video characteristics and customizing general solutions through industry research and competitive product analysis 4. In-depth research on user portraits and interactive behaviors, mining data value, and providing product methodology for advertising creative optimization

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of Internet work experience is preferred, advertising-related experience is preferred, and adapting to an English working environment is preferred 2. Experience in medium and large platform design/project management, master the dismantling and promotion methods of complex projects, and be able to deeply understand user needs and abstract them into product interaction solutions Data sensitive, strong data awareness and data analysis ability, strong strategic analysis ability and target dismantling ability 5. Skilled data analysis and user insight ability, and can design data visualization style, data analysis and BI visualization experience is preferred.
