北美采购在线助理(白班)

工作内容:

1.在公司ERP系统(英文)上,进行IT产品的远程采购及订单维护,维护产品属性及其价格。

2.协助北美采购员进行库存分析管理,提供相应报表。

3.与公司销售、产品经理及全球供货商进行有效沟通来处理订单、产品、价格的差异和紧急事件,满足销售需求。

职位要求:

1、正规院校专科或以上学历,专业不限;

2、英语四级或以上水平,良好的英语读写能力,能用英语进行基本的邮件沟通;

3、良好的EXCEL使用能力,熟悉office办公软件;

4、细心、认真。

5、有物流知识和外语能力优先

Job Title: Purchasing Buyer

Job Reports To : Purchasing Supervisor

Department :Purchasing Team

Job Summary

This position is responsible for routing jobs of Purchasing, such as placing PO, updating ETA, and fulfilling BO, CWS.

Performs optimal inventory level, ETA, price and reconciles various vendor discrepancies.

During the course of the work, buyer needs some instructions or suggestions from senior buyers, supervisors or managers.

Job Requirements

l Education background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related discipline

l Knowledge on basic logistics: Able to understand the workflow of logistics

l Familiar with and able to use Microsoft Office applications

l English language proficiency: Able to communicate with related persons, such as U.S. buyers, PM, sales and so on

l Good communication skills: Knowledge and skills required to present information orally or in email to establish fine relationships with others

l Time management: Ability to utilize time efficiently and productively to accomplish important activities and attain desired results

l Teamwork and cooperation: knowledge & skills required to genuinely work cooperatively with others, to be part of a team, or to work together towards achieving desired results, clarify goals and roles and issues as well

l Customer focus: Knowledge and skills required to discover and meet the customer's needs. This includes the desire to help or serve others and ability to foster and create business relationships with internal and external customers

l Continuous learning: As time goes on, new requirements will come up on buyers, so they need to constantly look for opportunities to acquire knowledge or skill by means of study, practice, and/or experience.

Preferred

Logistic knowledge and purchasing experience preferred.
