Among the various industries we recruit for, we are exclusively retained to find an HR Manager for our partner, CPI S.A., one of the leading suppliers of IT equipment and technical support services. HR Manager
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Ensure appropriate execution in all stages of Employee Life Cycle
Enhance Employer Branding in order to attract talents
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies , systems, tactics, policies and procedures across the organization
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
Prepare the payroll & HR-related budgets , establishing proper coordination with the other managers to ensure that their resourcing and development needs are properly calculated and planned for (e.g. hirings & redundancies, payroll, commissions, overtime, benefits, trainings, employee gifts etc.)
Design and organize learning and development programs that promote a learning culture within the organization
Establish a timely and meaningful Internal communication
Lead and design the strategic format of HR function in the company
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Solid understanding of labor legislation
Excellent communication abilities / Fluent in Greek and English
Leadership skills
Ability to foster healthy employee relations
Good working knowledge of employee attraction in the digital environment
Technology understanding and interest
BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus
