Key Responsibilities

Job Description

- General Office Administration, filing, preparing documents etc

- Taking Interview

  • Take first level interview
  • Coordinate for Second level interview
  • Close them on Salary once selected
  • Send offer Letters

- On Boarding Candidates

  • Get Documents for work permit processing
  • Coordinate with Kiru for Work Permit
  • Complete On boarding Exercise

- Induction

o Induction of Employees to Company

o Prepare and Update Employee Handbook

- Travelling

o Travel outside to pay sales tax, Handover Invoice to customers

- Customer Calls

o Calling customers to fix appointments

Profile Requirements

- About 2-3 years in General Administration, recruitment

- Excellent knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Power point, Outlook

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Excellent documentation skills

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Bahasa (Preferred)
  • English (Preferred)
